Yesterday I told myself that I was going to get up early today and walk on the treadmill. So last night I dutifully set my alarm, took some melatonin, and went to bed early. This morning I slept, slept, and slept, all the while thinking to myself, "Wow, I'm surprised the alarm hasn't gone off yet." I finally looked at the clock and discovered it was an hour later than I had planned to get up. I had set the alarm, I just hadn't turned it on.
Bol-locks.
So now my day is thrown off. I'm still planning on getting on the treadmill, but who knows when that will be. At least my eating hasn't been bad: a fried egg (70 calories) on toast (180 calories) and a Diet Coke (0 calories).
It seems kind of weird to start a blog without a post explaining what I'm doing or something like that. But I figure I might as well just jump in with both feet and start blogging. I figure I'll reveal the rest along the way. And trust me, I have plenty of screwed up crap to reveal.
